We have 3 showrooms and 1 main warehouse located at the following addresses: Springvale Showroom – 45 Osborne Ave, Springvale VIC 3171; Derrimut Showroom – Unit 3, 61 Castro Way, Derrimut VIC 3026; Somerton Showroom – 9 Burnett St, Somerton VIC 3851; Preston Warehouse – Unit 3, 73 Gower St, Preston VIC 3072.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all new products come with a warranty. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns: Simple returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty. Exchanges: You may exchange your order before delivery. For complete conditions, please see our Terms of Service & Refund Policy.

Do you assemble the furniture upon delivery?

Yes, we provide an assembly service at the time of delivery.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options including third-party financing partners such as PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay. We also offer Layby – pay in instalments before delivery and we’ll reserve your item until it is fully paid.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are crafted from a variety of quality materials depending on the item, including timber, fabric, MDF, marble, and glass.

Can I pick up my order if I purchase online?

Yes, you can collect your order from any available showroom or warehouse once your payment has cleared.
