Delivery Information
We offer delivery fee starts from $90 to Victoria. Please note that this rate is available for website orders only and is limited to certain postcodes within a 100 km radius. To verify if rate delivery is available to your location, please contact nearest physical stores.
Alternatively, you can opt for free pickup from our warehouse at 3/73 gower st, preston, vic 3072. Please call our preston warehouse before you pick up.
Deliveries are charged per order, not per item.
Our delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including both weekdays and weekends.
Delivery Timing
Your delivery day will depend on your location's delivery zone.
For VIC customers, this will happen within 3 business days. Deliveries are made to the front door of your address. For apartments or unit blocks, delivery is to the ground floor foyer only.
Delivery Process
Our delivery service uses a one-man delivery team, so you may need to assist the driver with heavier items. Additional services like assembly or upstairs delivery are available for an extra charge, which can be added at checkout.
Total Direct Furniture is not responsible for any damage to goods or premises if assistance is requested to take the items inside or during assembly. For example, if a lounge suite is being delivered, you may need to help lift one end to position it where you want it.

Shipping Timeframe
Online purchases are typically shipped within 10 business days, but some deliveries may take longer. You will receive a delivery confirmation via SMS, phone call, or email.
Please review our Returns, Repairs, and Refunds Policy before placing an order. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if any goods are defective.
Delivery Requirements
Our couriers provide a door-to-door service, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items. If no one is available, your items may be left unattended, and you will receive photographic proof of delivery.
If you are unable to accept your delivery, you can contact us to provide instructions for a safe place to leave your goods.
If an item is out of stock, it cannot be delivered until it becomes available again.
Return Fee for Non-Defective Goods
If non-defective goods are returned due to difficult access or no one being present at the delivery address, Total Direct Furniture reserves the right to charge a return fee equal to the original delivery fee. This fee covers the costs associated with re-packaging and warehousing the product.
Delivery Date Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or phone call within 4 business days with your delivery date. If the date provided is not suitable, you can email us or contact us to arrange an alternative date. While we cannot guarantee a new date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
If delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via SMS, email, or phone.
Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow 14 to 21 business days for delivery.
Pick-Ups
Pick-ups are available 7 days from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please bring someone with you to help carry your items into your vehicle.
Order Cancellation
Total Direct Furniture reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee for orders canceled due to change of mind or for orders already in processing. In the event of a canceled order, a refund will be processed as soon as possible.
