Bunk Bed Types
Choose your bunk bed based on how many will sleep in it. For 2 people, a single-over-single bunk bed is adequate. One can safely sleep over the other, with privacy in each bunk. This type of bunk bed is as spacious as the regular single bed.
If you want to fit 2 or 3 people in one bunk bed, then choose the single-over-double bunk bed. One person can sleep on top while the other two share the double bed. That way, everyone sleeps comfortably without encroaching on each other’s space.
